Welcome to DusiCode. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, services, software, and digital platforms. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.
By using DusiCode’s services, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements and that you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
DusiCode provides services including but not limited to website development, software development, mobile applications, UI/UX design, branding, digital marketing, IT consulting, and technical support. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual agreements or proposals.
Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary materials required for project execution. Delays caused by missing inputs may affect delivery timelines and costs.
Payment terms, milestones, and accepted payment methods are outlined in individual project agreements. DusiCode does not offer refunds, as we provide digital services only and do not deal in physical goods. Late or failed payments may result in temporary service suspension, delayed delivery, a penalty of 5% of the total invoice per day past the due date, or termination of services.
All intellectual property, including code, designs, graphics, documentation, and concepts developed by DusiCode remain the property of DusiCode until full payment is received, unless otherwise stated in writing.
Each project includes a defined number of revisions. Requests outside the approved scope may require additional fees and revised timelines.
Both parties agree to protect confidential business, technical, and financial information shared during the project. Confidentiality obligations remain in effect even after project completion.
DusiCode handles personal and business data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy. Clients are responsible for ensuring legal compliance of their own business data.
Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. While we aim to deliver secure and reliable solutions, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of any system.
DusiCode shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from service use or system downtime.
Projects may include integrations with third-party services such as hosting providers, payment gateways, or APIs. DusiCode is not responsible for failures or changes made by third-party providers.
Either party may terminate services in accordance with written agreements. DusiCode reserves the right to terminate services immediately in cases of contract violation or unlawful activity.
DusiCode shall not be held responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, or government actions.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the regions where DusiCode operates.
DusiCode reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
